SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Oannasu Hair & Beauty Supply. Our online shop provides unique, high quality 100% Virgin Human hair. Our members inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customers satisfaction.

Shipping

We ship in different packages (flat rate envelopes or Paks & medium boxes) via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We only ship product to confirmed addresses. We only ship Monday – Friday. Shipping inside the US may take 3-5 business days. For shipping outside the US, please allow 6-10 business days. Shipping outside the US is $25 per bundle including taxes as well.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

You may incur additional charges via international custom charging policy. You are responsible for these charges whereas Oannasu Hair & Beauty Supply’s shipping cost covers only the importation of your order into your country.

RETURN POLICY

We do not offer refunds. Once your order is placed we can not issue any refunds.

Exchanges

To be eligible for a return All Hair must be in it’s natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, Unravel, or no cutting of the weft (unused), with tags, and in it’s original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at oannasu@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. You are allowed to exchange within 21 days from original purchase for a new bundle no refunds can be issued out. EXCHANGES ARE EXCLUDED DURING SALES. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at oannasu@yahoo.com.

Damages and Issues

Attention Attention!!!!!!! Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please Note

Oannasu Hair & Beauty Supply is not responsible for any lost/damage packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments. We will not issue any refunds if you package is returned to Oannasu Hair & Beauty. We will contact you once your package arrives for reshipment.
